In 2005 Global Manufacturing Services completed construction of its’ current US manufacturing facility at 140 Industrial Park Way, West Jefferson North Carolina. Growth in local operations required more space and new equipment, so the leadership team selected a location and designed and built a facility that would meet the growing needs of the business. Our facility layout maximizes workflow efficiencies and is designed to meet the needs of product development projects, quick-turn projects, and low, mid, & high-volume production runs. (usually less than 500,000 pieces). We are an ISO 9001-2015 Certified facility and our Manufacturing Standards meet or exceed the IPC Class II classification.

Our partners in Thailand are our ultrahigh-volume production facility. The Thailand facility can place more than 100 million surface mount devices per month on eleven high-speed conveyor production lines. This facility also has years of experience with Ball Grid Arrays (BGA) and Flip Chip technology, flexible printed circuit assembly (FPCA) in-line automatic optical inspection, and more.
