- High-Speed Pick & Place Machines place up to 28,000 Surface Mount Devices per hour, per line.

- Board Sizes - 1.97” x 2.75” (50mm x 70mm) and up to 20” x 20” (510mm x 508mm) at a thickness range of .008” x .24” (.2mm - 6mm).
Non-conveyor Production
- Production Runs - low & mid-volume production runs approximately 500,000 pieces or less.
- High-speed placement of complex components with tight tolerances accurately placing up to 3,600 Surface Mount Devices per hour per machine.
- SMD Size Capabilities - .0402 to 3” square,
- Feeder Station per machine – more than 100 for high-volume placement of surface mount devices per board in a single pass. These machines are also equipped with vacuum board supports for increased placement accuracy on boards under the standard .062 thickness.
