We serve customers primarily in the Southeastern United States, but we also can assemble products for anyone in the world. We source many of our components from around the world and have associations with assembly services in Asia.

Low-Risk, High-Quality Overseas Manufacturing

Global Manufacturing Services offers low risk, high quality manufacturing services through our factory in North Carolina as well as sites around the world. Our services include printed circuit board assembly (both leaded as well as RoHs), electronic contract manufacturing services, 'box build' services as well as complete product manufacturing. Because we purchase large numbers of components, including bare PC boards, we can supply OEM and prototype houses with these components. Global Manufacturing Services has offices and manufacturing facilities in Western North Carolina where there is a well educated and willing work force ready to take on the challenging task of manufacturing todays high tech electronics. Jobs which require very high volume and/or challenges beyond the capability of our domestic factory are referred to our partners in Thailand or China. Each company has one or more significant and complimentary strengths that when combined together creates a dynamic, full service contract manufacturing organization that is ready to meet all of our customer's manufacturing requirements. Since all customer contact and financial arrangements are through our factory here in North Carolina; the manufacturing process is invisible to the GMS customer. This results in the GMS customer realizing all of the financial advantages of overseas manufacturing, while at the same time experiencing all the advantages of the convenience and ease of interfacing with a domestically located U.S. manufacturer.

We here in North Carolina are responsible for the entire project from start up to delivered product, and especially the product's quality. Experience has shown that when a company takes their product to a foreign manufacturer without knowing the foreign company, it is highly likely that the end result is a disaster.

And, importantly one last advantage is that all products are FOB the USA. With today's high fuel prices; it is now very common to be paying fuel sur-charges. If you are bringing in less than container loads of products, you are probably paying a very high price for freight.
